Before you call, the three things worth knowing.

None of them are required. All of them make the call shorter.

  1. 01

    Where it is

Which room, which side of the house, inside or outside. A photo helps more than a description.

  2. 02

    What it looks like

Wings, pellets, a tube, a stain, a soft board, or the insect itself. Each one points somewhere different.

  3. 03

    Whether there is a deadline

A closing date, an inspection contingency, a buyer's report already in hand. Say it first.

What happens after you call.

We book the inspection, or we tell you which inspection makes sense. If it is small, obvious and contained, the free limited inspection is enough, and we say so rather than upsell the comprehensive one.

If it is an escrow, we take the property address and the closing date and work backwards from the date. The report is the deliverable, and the Section 1 work is ours to do.

If we are not the right company for the job, we will tell you that as well.
